02What data we collect on this site
- Contact form. Name, phone, email, company, network type, number of points, message content and, if you tick it, the option to receive content by email.
- Ticket submission. Profile of the person opening it, name, e-mail, phone, company, affected client or site, first-level ticket number, details of the affected access points, subject, problem description and attached files.
- Meeting booking. Name, email, phone, company, network type, time zone, the chosen time and, if you provide it, what you want to solve.
- Partner registration. Name, email and phone of the consultant, plus the legal name, CNPJ and contact details of the referred company.
- Access account. Email and login credentials, when applicable.
- Live chat and automated assistant. The conversation content and, if you provide them, name, e-mail, phone, network type and number of points.
- Browsing data. IP address, browser and device type, pages visited, date and time of access. The Odoo platform records the pages visited in each session.
We do not collect sensitive personal data on this site and we do not direct our services to children and adolescents.
03What we use the data for
To answer commercial and technical requests; provide support and follow up on tickets; schedule and hold meetings; evaluate partnership proposals; measure site usage in aggregate; send communications about our products and services when there is consent; and comply with legal and regulatory obligations.
04Legal bases
- Performance of a contract or of preliminary procedures (art. 7, V). Customer service, support and scheduling.
- Legitimate interest (art. 7, IX). Answering commercial contacts, preventing fraud, keeping the site secure, essential cookies and the record of pages visited.
- Consent (art. 7, I). Non-essential cookies and marketing communications.
- Compliance with a legal obligation (art. 7, II). When required by law.
- Regular exercise of rights (art. 7, VI). Keeping service and negotiation records for as long as needed for defense in legal proceedings.
05Cookies and audience measurement
We use cookies that are strictly necessary for the site and your session to work, such as the session identifier and the language preference. The full list is in the Cookie Policy. For audience metrics we use Plausible Analytics, which works with aggregated data, uses no cookies and does not create individual profiles. The typefaces are served by the site itself.
Third-party content that sets cookies, such as videos and maps, only loads after you consent in the cookie bar. To review your choice, use the "Review my cookie choice" button in the Cookie Policy. Essential cookies cannot be disabled without affecting how the site works.
The Odoo platform also records the pages visited in each session. If you submit a form or use the chat, this history may be linked to your contact, so the team understands what you were looking for. The legal basis is legitimate interest, and you can object through the channel in section 10.
06Who we share it with
- Odoo S.A. Hosting of this site, the CRM, the help desk, the calendar and the chat.
- Hostinger. Corporate email provider, used to send and receive messages.
- Padtec and partner installers. When a ticket comes from, or needs, the first level of support, we exchange with them the ticket data needed to solve the problem.
- NetExperience and Ring Zero Networks. When technical support requires help from the manufacturer of the management platform or of the inspection engine.
- Public authorities. When there is a legal obligation or a court order.
We do not sell personal data and we do not share it for third-party advertising.
07International data transfer
This site and its database run on Odoo Online, with servers located outside Brazil. When you send information through this site, it is stored and processed abroad, under articles 33 and following of the LGPD. In tickets that need the manufacturer, technical and contact data may be sent to NetExperience and Ring Zero Networks, which may also be outside Brazil.
08How long we keep it
We keep data for as long as needed for the purpose of collection: commercial contacts and proposals, for the duration of the negotiation and the applicable limitation period; support tickets, during the contract and the subsequent legal periods; marketing data, until consent is withdrawn. After that, the data is deleted or anonymized.
09Security
We adopt technical and administrative measures to protect data, including encrypted transmission over HTTPS, profile-based access control, individual authentication and backup routines. No system is infallible. In the event of a relevant security incident, we will notify the affected data subjects and the ANPD, under article 48 of the LGPD.
10Your rights
You can request confirmation that processing exists, access, correction, anonymization, blocking, portability, deletion, information about sharing and withdrawal of consent, under article 18 of the LGPD. You may also object to processing based on legitimate interest, be informed about the possibility of not giving consent and its consequences, and file a complaint with Brazil's National Data Protection Authority (ANPD).
